Day 3: Drive By Crafts & Pink and Main

Welcome to Day 3 of week long inspiration from the Drive By Crafts and Pink & Main design team members.... and we also have a couple of blog prizes to giveaway. 

Two winners will be chosen. One person will win the DBC gift card and one person will win the stamp sets from Pink & Main. 

Now onto my card, I used the one of my favorite stamps sets, Wild About You  available through Drive By Crafts. If you haven't already visited the shop, you will find a good selection of stamps, paper, inks and lots more under one roof.

I first stamped the bear and fox, then fussy cut to create masks. I used the MISTI to layout the images. I placed the bear "mask" and secured it with washi tape, then stamped the owl. 

I then took the fox "mask" and then stamped the bear.  The MISTI makes it so easy to place your images, next I stamped the fox and colored the "tribe" with coloring pencils.

I was going to leave the background white, but I took a sponge dauber, blue ink and lightly rubbed on to add some color. 

I used scraps of pattern paper from a previous project, added sequins and jute. The sentiment is from a washi tape I found in my stash. I used the Westcott non-stick scissors to trim, placed it on card stock and used pop dots to adhere.
