#itsasmallworld #craftwell

Hello and welcome to week four and final day of the Clearsnap sponsored month.   For today's project, I used Teresa Collins' Platinum Silver pigment ink by Clearsnap world stamp.

I cut out a 2.75" circle on white cardstock and stamped the image.  While the pigment ink dried, I cut a 3"x3" piece of white cardstock and eBrushed the chevron stencil pattern, followed by the circle stencil.

After the stamped image dried completely, I sprayed a bit of the blue mister on a plastic sheet and brushed the ink around the stamped image.  Being careful not to touch the pigment ink to avoid smearing.

I added silver jewelry string to the back side of the world and used pop dots to adhere.

I used the label buddy for the sentiment and embellished finished the card with black enamels.

I hope you enjoyed my card and thank you for visiting today.

Modern Metallic #DCWV #ACMoore

My project today features the new Modern Metallic Stack available at AC Moore.
I have started an album for my Sweet Dulce's graduation photos.  Also to include her college send off party scheduled for next month.  Which I want to add, I'm not ready to let go, but she's ready to spread her wings and fly.

I used this month's sketch as inspiration, changing things up a bit since the page is 9" x 11".

I used my Cricut Explore to cut the swirly border out of the gold foil paper.

I found the perfect gold fabric flower with pearl center.  I added gold jewelry string to the back of the flower. So gorgeous!

"Remember to cherish each moment"  I cut the sentiment from the 3" x 4" cut out sheet.

This is the first page of my Goddaughter's album.  More pages to come.  Thank you for visiting today.

The ribbon that I added at the bottom is from the blues bundle and it is the royal blue. I hope you like my project and I want to thank Yolie for asking me to guest design for her.

The world awaits #Craftwell

Hello and welcome to week three of the Clearsnap sponsored month.   I used Teresa Collins' Platinum Silver pigment ink by Clearsnap world stamp and paper from Teresa Collin's Wanderlust and Studio Gold collections.

I cut a piece of the gray polka dot paper and used a Teresa Collins stencil.  I eBrushed different colors onto the paper using Spectrum Noir Aqua markers.

I embossed the card base and a banner piece using the circle embossing folder on the Cut N Boss.

I printed "the" and "awaits" on my printer, allowing enough space to stamp the world.  I then die cut the scallop circle.

I added the layers and glued down silver metallic jewelry string.  I used glue dots on to adhere the sentiment die cut and finished it off with glitter silver enamel dots.

I hope you enjoyed my card and thank you for visiting today.

Photo Box #TheCuttingCafe

It's time for another project share for  The Cutting Cafe.  Regina asked the time to share a project sizing a SVG file at it's largest size.  I used the bow with slit file and cut it on the Cricut Explore on a 12" x 12" mat.

I cut two 2" x 12" strips out of the DCWV The Brights card stock and embossed the cut pieces on the Cut N Boss with the triangles embossing folder.

I placed the assembled bow, glued the strips to the backside and wrapped it around the photo box.  The world pattern photo box is from DCWV Stateside collection

Here is a closeup of the embossed bow.  Put a bow on it.  Easy peasy.

I've used the same bow for my sister's 50th Birthday treat boxes.  They looked amazing!  The bow would look spectacular cut on a 12" x 24" mat!!  Adding it to my crafty shopping list!

Please visit The Cutting Cafe blog to check out the Team's projects.  Leave comment on their blog for a chance to win 3 digital files of your choice.

Thank you for visiting.

You are my world #Craftwell

Hello and welcome to week two of the Clearsnap sponsored month.  Today I am sharing a layered shaker card.   I used Teresa Collins' Platinum Silver pigment ink by Clearsnap, Clearsnap world stamp and paper from Teresa Collin's Wanderlust and Studio Gold collections.
I first stamped the world image on white cardstock.

After the ink completely dried, I embossed the stamped image with a heart mini embossing folder.  I then trimmed off the excess leaving only the embossed image.

I then used The Fuse to create a shaker pocket. Before heat sealing the pocket, I added gold foil hearts.

I carefully trimmed the sides of the pocket.

I then adhered my layers onto a file folder shaped card.  I created the sentiment using Studio Gold mini stickers, added twine and finished it off with enamel dots.

I hope you enjoyed my card and thank you for visiting today.

Frameable Quotes #DCWV Home Decor

I have a quick and easy home decor project for you today.  I used the new Frameable Quotes available at Michaels.  There are three collections to choose from and each has 60 designs, 8"x10" and 5"x7", landscape and portrait.

I purchased inexpensive 11"x14" frames at my local dollar store.   I used Glue Dots Craft glue to adhere them.  The most difficult part of this project is deciding which designs to use.  I was able to narrow it down to 3 and then 2.

A slightly new look for my foyer.  To see what it looked like before click here.

Easy peasy and it won't hurt the pocket book.  While these are Frameable Quotes, you may use them in your scrapbooks.  You can easily make a quick card using the 5"x7" quotes or include them in your pocket scrapbooking.  Are you a planner?   Here is a bonus project:

I trimmed one of the designs to fit my Happy Planner, punched it with the Create 365 punch and now I have an amazing new dashboard for July.

Some of the designs are full page designs, meaning if you are trimming it to fit your planner, you will be cutting into the design.  I just want to point that out to you.  However, there are plenty of amazing quotes you can use in your planner.

Need a cover for your planner?  They measure 8"x10" so you can also create new covers for your planners.  I know right.  Make sure to visit your local Michaels and check the other 2 collections!

See the world #Craftwell

I love layered cards, the more layers the better.   The pattern paper used on this 5" x 5" card is by Teresa Collins, Studio Gold and Wanderlust.  I used the Cut N' Boss to die cut all the layers with Craftwell dies among others.

I took the blue stripped paper from the Studio Gold collection and cut it at 4.75" x 4.75" and embossed it with the Love Triangles embossing folder.

I then stamped the world stamp on the 2" x 3" heart die cut.  I used Teresa Collins' Platinum Silver pigment ink by Clearsnap.  Please note, allow the pigment ink to dry, you can put a heat gun to it to help it along.  I didn't wait for it to fully dry and smudged the bottom of South America.

I wasn't feeling the chevron wood chips in their natural state, so gently padded them down in the ink pad.

I layered the banners, wrapped black twine and adhered the bundle to the card.  I printed the sentiment on my printer and die cut it with the tab die.  I used pop dots to adhere the 2" x 3" die cut. I covered the ink smudge with the gold foil banner, but I wasn't feeling the "open heart" so I cut a gold foil heart, used a pop dot and inlaid the heart.
Lastly, I found glitter gold and silver enamel dots from Halloween packs.  {This is when my hoarding pays off.}

See the world!!  This card is for a very special person in my life.   I hope you enjoyed it as much as I enjoyed making it.  Thank you for visiting today.

Just the way YOU are #TheCuttingCafe

I am so excited to announce,  I have joined The Cutting Cafe Design Team!  Regina has some super fun cutting files, digital stamps, clear stamps and now she is now offering custom stamps! Please visit the shop for the details.

Today I am sharing my first project for TCC.
The Cutting Cafe Designer

The TCC Team created with the same digital kit, You color my world.   The digital kit has 2 designs in 2 different sizes, colored, or black and white and it has plenty of sentiments, here's a quick view of the background images:

I printed the swirl design on watercolor paper and heat set the ink to avoid smearing.

I randomly sprayed the background with different Color Bloom sprays.

I distressed the edges, layered my ribbon and silver studs.  I then adhered a purple seam binding bow to the flower and included a rhinestone in the center.   I also scattered some extra bling around the flower.

Right before snapping the photo, I realized it was missing a little something else, so I added 2 leaf straight pins.

The petal is covering the sentiment, but it reads "I like YOU just the way you are"

Please visit The Cutting Cafe blog to check out the Team's projects.  Leave comment on their blog for a chance to win 3 digital files of your choice.

Thank you for visiting.

Sweet Birthay Wishes #PinkandMain

Happy Friday and Hello July!  Today is the start of Pink & Main's July Challenge.  We are shaking things up this month with shaker cards!  I used  Pink and Main's Birthday Wishes, NEW {coming soon} Hexagon dies and DCWV 6" x 6" The Birthday Wishes Stack.

I cut all the hexagon pieces with the Cut N Boss, including the acetate piece.  I used Tombow foam tape and gathered different beads from my stash to include in the shaker.

The banner is from the cut out sheet of the DCWV paper.  Here is the card:

Hope to see your entry in this month's challenge!
