Merry Christmas

I hope all of you had a blessed Christmas! This is my last Christmas card for 2012. This is also my last project for TSB. Sadly they are closing shop at the end of the month.

So are we all ready for Valentine Day's projects?  Too soon? LOL!  Okay, okay let's start counting down to the New Year....just six more days 'til the New Year...2013!!

Christmas Eve

It's Christmas Eve children anxiously wait to open their presents tomorrow morning, but most importantly it is our Saviour's birth; the reason for the season.
I hope all of you enjoy this time with family, remembering Christmases past, making new memories and enjoying the yummy food.

My Mom prepared the tamales on the 18th and will cook them throughout the day. I designed two pages of the process.  I joke about supervising the making of tamales, but in reality I just took the photos.  Fact is, I'm not much of a cook and I omitted one important information, the recipe.  Ooops!

This photo was my sister's Christmas card.  My Sweet Dulce is wearing her Veracruz folklorico dress.  The handsome young man is my Godson, AC.  Love my AC!  My sister, Letty is on the right, she's just OK. LOL!

The musical heart notes is from the Retro stamp; Latina Crafter's stamp of the week.  It's one of my favorite sets.  I also used the newly released, Esta es la historia and the hearts from Momentos para recordar.  The rose paper is Basic Grey's Indie Bloom collection.  Please stop by the LC blog and check out my DT sisters' projects.

Moments to remember...

Oh how my Sweet Dulce {god-daughter} has grown!  It happened overnight!  A few weeks ago she got a new hairstyle, I almost didn't recognize her.  She's a gorgeous beautiful young lady. {sigh}

I used several Latina Crafter stamps, including the newly released Vintage Label stamp and die set.  Dulce is saying, "you are marvelous" and the fashionista is saying, "you are fabulous".  Love the new wide eyed cuties images by Scrapbook Stamp Society, but I have to admit, I squint a little when see them. {chuckles}  All pattern paper is from Carta Bella's Paris Girl collection.

Before you leave I have some exciting news to share.  I been asked to join the Scrapbook Stamp Society Design Team!  Yay! :)  I'm looking forward in creating with their beautiful images.  They currently have a White on White Challenge, I hope you join in on the fun.

Mini Gift Set - DC9 Freebies

Love how simple and pretty this set turned out.  I need to make 5 more sets for my sister.  I used Designs On Cloud 9's Basic Gift Bag collection and the snow flake from the Basic Christmas Tags.  Easy peasy!
