For the Love of Everyone Blog Hop - Day Two

Welcome to day two of  For the Love of Everyone Blog Hop.  If you came from Melissa's blog you are on the right track, if you happened to come across my blog and you want to play along, please start with Sheila, She's a Sassy Lady.  If you didn't hop yesterday, you may want to go back, Thirty-One Gifts is sponsoring the hop and you don't want to miss out.  There's also blog candy along the way.

Today I'm sharing a layout I created for My Love album, a book of us.  I created this album when I first starting scrapbooking.  I'm suppose to add a page of us as the years go by, but haven't in a couple of years, so it's about time I did!  My husband played the Lion from the Wizard of Oz in a skit at his work.  The picture was taken with a cell phone and it's not the greatest, but it's still useable.  The inspiration is from a page I saw at my LSS.

Here's the front cover of the album and here's a picture of us before we got married.  This was taken the Summer of 2002, wow that's a long time ago! We will be celebrating our 8th anniversary on February 15th.

What do you think?  I think my scrapbooking changed a bit and so did we! LOL

The glitter zebra paper is from Making Memories Reverie, all other is DCWV.  The "love" bling is BasicGrey and the ribbon from my stash.  The title was cut on my Cricut using SCAL, the font name is FOP Title Style.
I thought of redoing some of the pages in the album, but I like seeing how my scrapbooking evolved.  Maybe I'll go back and add some embellishments.

Thank you for stoppig by, your next stop is Gaby, Gaby Creates.

I cringe when I go back and look at some of the first layouts I ever created, but at the same time I wouldn't change them because I like looking at how far my skills have come! Very nice job on the layout!

Cute LO--I know what you mean about how your scrapbooking has changed over the years and I agree with you about not changing a thing--I started scrapbooking about 13 years ago and I love to go back and see how my scrapbooking style has evolved over the years. I like to think that it has changed for the good:)

I love looking back at old pages I have done, think about "fixing" them but then I remember the boxes of photos that aren't in a book yet and the thought quickly vanishes! lol. Your book looks fun and the wild page is great!
