Mod Podge Ultra Blog Hop

The Designer Crafts Connection team is featuring Plaid Craft's Mod Podge Ultra spray on. Crafting just got easier!
Plaid Crafts introduced Mod Podge Ultra spray on at Creativation this Winter. It's the same Mod Podge we all love; it works as a glue and sealer, water based formula that dries quickly. It's available in matte or gloss finish.

For my project today, I used Plaid Crafts wooden coasters, Mod Podge Ultra in matte finish and pattern paper.

I traced the wooden coaster on the backside of the pattern paper and then used scissors to cut. I then sprayed on the Mod Podge Ultra onto the surface of the wooden coaster. I then lightly sprayed on the Mod Podge on the backside of the pattern paper. Starting from edge, I carefully applied the paper and with my hands pressed out any air pockets.

Set aside to dry.

Next, I used the Mod Podge Ultra as a sealer. I sprayed the top of the coasters and allowed them to dry completely.

Here are the completed wooden coasters. No wrinkles and completely sealed ready for use.

Important tips about Mod Podge Ultra spray on:
Just like a paint brush, Mod Podge Ultra spray on nozzles need to be cleaned after every use. If they aren't they will clog and become unusable.

Please follow Plaid Crafts on Facebook for additional project ideas.
