Totally in love with this card. I used Designs on Cloud 9's Tattoo Art SVG collection. I trimmed down the 12x12 cardstock to make a 5x7 card. Sprayed black glimmer mist on adhesive white fabric and the white lace. I embossed the banner black strips with a rose pattern, but added an extra shim to get a distress look.
I used DCWV Red Foil paper for the roses. I needed a strong adhesive to glue down the flowers against the fabric and embossed background so I used Scor Tape. Love this stuff!
I used the heart cut out as pattern to cut the red Dazzling Resin with Fiskars' Amplify scissors. I popped the banner with Glue Dots and added heart Gem Stickers for the final touch.
