I sliced open one of the cups, scanned and converted the file to a SVG. Took a bit of time, but now I have the pattern for future use.
I used coffee stirrers to attach the mini banner and trimmed off about 1/3 so it wouldn't puncture the K-Cups.

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop
These are the Mini Coffee Treat Cups I created for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.
I used DCWV Christmas Letter papers and Latina Crafter's stamps and
dies. The 4oz. cups are styrofoam, because I couldn't find the paper cups
everyone else is using. I found them at a local grocery store, Smart
& Final. The pack is a set of 50; both the cups and lids were
under $6.
