Graduation Banner & {Freebie}

So extremely proud of my God-Son's recent graduation.  This is the banner I created for his graduation party. 
I used DC9's School Days Banner.  I created the loop by adding an extra tab and using the weld function in SCAL2.  I then used those retro brads to create the loop. {The brads will make another appearance}
