Latina Crafter Sketch Challenge

Happy New Year!!  I have a several goals for 2013, one of my crafty goals is to create more scrapbook pages.  Love card making, but I must try to get my photos on  pages.   Let's see I do! LOL!

New Year, new month, new sketch challenge at Latina Crafter.   I used the sketch to create a page! {yay me}  The photo was taken with my phone, used the PE-Fotolr app to convert it to black white and then went back to color the hat red.  Pretty cool app!   I used LC's Calendario stamp for the month and date, which by the way, is the day I snapped the photo.  The circle medallion is from Esta es la historia and Navidad from Arbol de Navidad. The heart doily is a SVG cut from Designs on Cloud 9, heart doilies.

It's funny how we get "into" certain products and it quickly turns into an obsession.  I was so into twine and had to have all color combos!  Although I stopped buying all the yummy colors, I still love it and create with it as often as I can.  My new obsession: flair buttons! I try to limit to using one button on a page, but don't be surprise if you see more. LOL!

I'll leave you with a quote from the movie Office Space:  Joanna: "You know what, Stan. If you want me to wear 37 pieces of flair, like your pretty boy over there, Brian, why don't you just make the minimum 37 pieces of flair?"

Please stop by and visit the LC Blog, my DT sisters have designed some beautiful creations.
