Celebrating Our Milestones Blog Hop {CLOSED}

Hello and welcome to day one of Celebrating Our Milestones Blog Hop.  This is my first time hosting a blog hop and I'm so glad to have you here.  The purpose of this blog hop is to return to my first love, scrapbooking.  Though I love creating cards, I first started with scrapbooking, but I haven't been doing much of it lately and I am way behind.  I have stacks of pictures piling up and I need use the stacks of supplies to keep my sponsor happy, aka the hubster.

One of my milestones was my dream vacation realized, a two week vacation to Europe.  My husband and I travelled to Europe in May of 2008, told you I was behind.  Below is a two page layout I created to start the Paris pages.  The first two previous pages are all my journaling, had lots to say.

Paper: K&Co., Colorbok, Recollections, DCWV
Flowers: Prima
Bling: Want2Scrap, Darice, Michael's dollar bin
Embellishments: BasicGrey brads, CK hat pins
Ribbon: from my stash
Die Cuts: Cricut,  French Manor & MM Slice Vintage Findings.  The top note label is one of Penny's SVGs; the scallop mat is from 09Kutsups font

Now for the giveaways.  If you are interested in my giveaways, you'll need to leave one comment on each of the blogs, I will be checking.  You don't have to be a follower, although I would love it if you did.  Please leave a way for me to contact you and for more chances to win, comeback tomorrow, some of us will have projects to share.  The winners will be choosen on Tuesday, February 1st and will until Friday, February 4th to contact me.

What a wonderful milestone, Yolie! I love those beautiful pages you made. Don't worry about being behind. I like to think scrapbooking is my way of traveling back in time; that's why I still love to do baby pages of my own boys. Even though I have done many pages of their baby days, I still have loads of pictures left.
