Prisma Colored Pencils are available at Michaels. The big set (120 pcs which I have) are about $150ish I think and if you use the coupon you save Big Time!
They are really fun to work with as you get a nice soft look... but it takes some time to learn how to blend them and use the right color combos. There are tons of UTube videos tho. So that will get you on your way if and when you do invest in them =)
