LOL!! This card cracks me up! That plaid paper just keeps on goin'....All card stock is TPC and some from scraps. Ribbon is KI, the spider brad from my stash.
The witch legs are different from the one I posted a couple of days ago. You can grab it if you wish, down below along with the title. The cauldron is a freebie Tricia shared last year, Little Scraps of Heaven; the download link is still working. I don't remeber where I grabbed the drippy goo, if you recognize, please let me know so I can give proper credit.
