Smashing!

Yay! Here's a video to show you the goodies I won from Chriss, Chriss and Lou. 

{Sorry for the shaky camera.  My desk was a mess and no room for the tripod.  I'm easily distracted by shiny things, including foil on paper! LOL}

So onto my Smash pages.  I'm trying to lose weight and I'm on my second week of juicing!  So I decided to start a Smash book to document my weight loss.  Here are the pages:

The border, top note and journal tag from Nan's Favourite Collection.  I stamped the background using stamp set Back2Basics by The Stamps of Life.

I'm so happy the collection as plenty of journal spots, I can even use the recipe cards to journal on!  I created the title so that the letters overlapped, then used Amy Chomas micro marker holder to draw, then cut with my Cricut.  I haven't used my machine in like forever! LOL

I used Latina Crafter's stamp set, "Mi Flor Favorita" I won on their blog hop.   I used both the sketch and photo inspiration on their blog, images and links below.

 I stamped the large flower with blue chalk ink and then embossed to give it texture.  I created the pink flowers with the small flower stamp; I cut a couple of petals on two of the stamped flowers, then layered them to create the dimensional flowers.

Be Joyful Always

I used three different stamp set by The Stamps of Life; Butterfly2Build, Praises4Him and Branches4Flowers.
Using the flowers from Branches4Flowers set, I stamped the background paper and created the yellow and blue flowers next to the sentiment.  I used Purple Cows, Summer Punch It to create the corners.  The music and chevron papers are by My Mind's Eye and Echo Park.
