I used Uncle Sam's hat (treat box) from SVG Cuts' "Made In the USA" collection. I did make the brim of the hat slightly larger to allow it to curve. The scallop shamrock is a freebie, also by SVG Cuts. I created the buckle with the basic shapes found in SCAL2.
