Happy Spring

I've recently discovered "new to me" Stampin' Up stamps.  I've searched eBay and Etsy and found several sets I had to have.  This is one of from '01.  It was spanking brand new...how cute is the image!


The pattern paper is from Echo Park Victoria Gardens.  The lace border is a stamp by My Mind's Eye, Fiddlesticks Story.  I added a bit of Stickles to their dresses and flowers.  The green flower was crochet by my Mom! :)  Love my Mom's flowers....this card is going to my sister so I know she'll appreciate the card and the flower. :)
