Good enough to eat! Right!? LOL The cupcake is a try me digi from Paper Smooches but they sell acrylic stamps. The digi was free in July and she has a page on site with a couple of freebies.
The icing is Liquid Applique from Marvy Uchida. I added Puffy Paint by Tulip (ILoveToCreate) to the cherry.
The sentiment "sweet as can be" is from the "Charmed Life" stamp set by Scrappy Moms Stamps. I also used one of Penny Duncan's shapelies. The paper is by DCWV, Recollections and TPC. The twine is strawberry cupcake and the cupcake ribbon was a RAK from Katie. :)
