ICS #98 & Cooking with Cricut#12

I'm submitting this card to ICS challenge #98 & Cooking with Cricut #12.
I used the sketch from ICS, below.  CWC challenge was to use glitter.  I sprayed shimmer mist and colored the poodle with glitter pens.
Paper: Target dollar bin, Recollections
Flowers: Prima
Bling: Darice, dollar glitter pens
Stamp: Imaginisce dollar stamps
Ribbon: my stash
Die Cuts: Scallop label is from 09Kutup Font cut with SCAL
The title is my own.  I used AYummyApology font.  Here are the links:
