I have a PhD

Yes siree bob, a PhD in retail therapy. {LOL} I don't know how I missed this digital set from Paper Makeup Stamps, but I'm glad I found it! It's full of some cute images and fun sentiments too, you can find it here, Retail Therapy.
This week's PMS challenge they want to see stripes. All paper used is from BasicGrey, Fiction.
